I’m really grateful for December, this year has been something, too much happened to everyone. I’m just happy to be alive.
Part of my goals for this year was to be more open with my readers as I have learnt that my vulnerability about certain issues that I’m comfortable with sharing, can give people something to relate to and be uplifting.
And after being away from blogging and content creation for almost 2 months, I thought it would be appropriate to share my experience with you before the year runs out.

My life in one year..
January: Fresh graduate trying to organize my resume and search for graduate internships
February: Further searching and organizing/ Developing strategies to meet my goals for the year / Feelings of inadequacy start to set in.
March: Got shipped off to NYSC camp in far away northern Nigeria/ Covid got real
April: Lockdown/ Learnt a little Spanish
May: Bad breakouts/ Depression/ Zero content creation
June: 1 year anniversary of my dad’s death
July: Job search continued/ Consistent content creation/ Drew closer to God/ Was in a good place
August: Struggled with consistency/ Lockdown fully ends in Lagos/ Got a few modeling gigs
September: Started a new job
October: Struggled with finding the balance between work and creativity/ Zero time management/ End SARS Movement / A little birthday flex at the end of the month/ Drew closer to God
November: Mental breakdown/ Depression/Fell sick/ Became an ambassador for a beauty brand
December: Going great so far..

2020, the perfect blend of ups and downs. It wasn’t the best and it wasn’t the worst either, I hope at least one person was able to relate to something. By the way, I’m thinking of changing my name to hardworking baby girl blog, some people are getting the wrong message lol
Feel free to share your experiences in the comments, Thank you so much for stopping by❤️
